Refund/ Cancellation Policy

We have a thorough quality check before your order is dispatched from our workshop. However, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return the items within 10 days from the date of delivery of your order. Please note, return should be requested within 5 days from the delivery date.


REFUNDS

Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The Shipping charges for returning the items (order) shall be borne by the buyer, it will not be borne by Project Palaash.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note, we do not issue Refunds for Custom made orders (product manufactured according to specification/measurement provided by the customer).


RETURNS POLICY

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.


Cancellation

Such situations are avoided but if raised please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Can I cancel the Order?

Due to the small scale of our business, we are not accepting any cancellations once the order is placed.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully.
